In the populous London borough of Lewisham, we at Andrema Construction have been transforming domestic properties – one house extension at a time. Our high quality contractors work around the clock, surveying and installing these expert new additions to your property. Whether detached, semi-detached or terraced: there is sure to be a house extension that greatly elevates your quality of life at home.
The first step to any bespoke Lewisham house extension begins simply. With a reliable site survey – carried out by a team with years of experience in construction and design. Our site survey allows us to determine the best route to additional space for your home: only then can we bring our innovative construction techniques to your doorstep.
We determine obstacles to construction – for example, narrow or awkward space at the rear of your home. By identifying and singling out obstacles, we guarantee a seamless and efficient house extension installation: our Lewisham specialists are more than experienced enough to tackle any challenges your property may throw at us.
After a site survey, perhaps the most enjoyable step for our Lewisham clients arises: design. The potential of your house extension is limited only by your imagination. We work with you – one step at a time – to choose the finest material, structural features and hardware that will integrate seamlessly with your current property.
Of course, once your perfect design is finalised, the real excitement begins! Your house extension will be stunning, bolstered by brilliant construction and our quality guarantees. After all, a house extension isn’t made to be enjoyed for only a few years – our installations last a lifetime without issue, such is the high grade of our construction work.
Customer care matters most to us. We are transparent every step of the way: this holds true when you get in touch with the Andrema team. Enquire about your house extensions, today.
